The Blueprint for Health was developed by the Health As Human Capital Foundation and Riedel & Associates in collaboration with the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM) and the National Business Coalition on Health (NBCH). This free interactive tool allows users to estimate the cost of health related benefits in an employee population. The tool estimates: total medical costs, absence days, and health-related work impairment (lost productivity while working).
